We drove as fast as we could from Pasay to Tagaytay to shoot our quickest prenup session. Our ride almost overheated too! Hehe!  You see, with only limited time for them to prepare everything for their wedding (only 3 weeks!), they had to make the most of their schedule. But despite the time frenzy, the pictorial was such a breeze. They were so relaxed, 3 hours seemed like an eternity. Then after we called it a wrap, we were treated to Tagaytay’s famed bulalo then sped back to Manila.

Joel and Rethel :: Wedding

August 11, 2010

Rethel flew from Canada to ‘Pinas to wed Joel! This happens to be my first wedding gig at Fernbrook- hopefully the first of many. Congrats to the new couple! Talagang naka-smile from start to finish :)

Mike and Jhona :: Wedding

August 10, 2010

“Vinz, ‘wag yung mga ‘cheezy’ pose ha? Basta alam mo na. Magbilang ka lang!” – Mike

Mike and Jhona are the ‘kulitest’ couple I have had so far. From engagement shoot, the wedding and beyond, this couple is FUN! In quite a short stint with them, it feels like we’ve already known them for years. Tropa talaga!

“Independent” backup work!

Gracel contacted me a couple of weeks before their wedding day, asked me to take additional shots apart from their main photographer’s snaps. So while the main coverage team worked their preps on wedding day, I arrived early in church, took some shots then played with the flower girls and bible+covenant bearers! Haha!

Got a boatload of shots, but here’s some.

Photojourn!

Mei is a very good friend from way back during our university days in UP where we belong to the same religious organization. How time flies fast- she’s tying the knot a few months from now. I must say Edong is one lucky guy.

It was a long drive to Sierra Madre Resort in Tanay, Rizal. It rained during our trip but the couple remained very positive about good weather. I was silently figuring out possible shots on a rainy day, but the rain stopped when we arrived and were blessed with great weather that pretty much complemented the beautiful surroundings.

I had the privilege to shoot Jayson and Joan at Fernbrook. The sun was scorching hot for the past days and this sked was no exception, but what they hey! Ain’t no stopping us from a rockin’ shoot, ya?

Teasers for now. More to come :)

We headed to the Philippine Airforce Museum at Villamor. All I could say is that this prenup shoot was just too darn FUN! Sobrang kuleeet ni Mike at Jhona! This couple got me laughing throughout the shoot, I had to remind myself I was working! Hehe! But seriously, this is how we work. We have fun.
